When you're looking to have a baby, it's hard to know what to expect. What will labor feel like? How do you prepare for the big day? Who can help you when things go wrong?

I'm here to help! My job is to provide compassionate support, education, and information before, during, and after pregnancy and birth. They reduce stress and anxiety by providing evidence-based information about how your body works during pregnancy and birth. They also help families navigate their way through their own fears and concerns about pregnancy, labor, and birth so they can enjoy their journey. When you hire a doula, you're investing in the best possible outcome for yourself and your baby!

Congratulations! You're pregnant! Now what?

You've been thinking about hiring a doula for your birth, but you're not sure it's right for you.

That's why I offer an introductory consultation. It's completely free, and there's no obligation. I'll meet with you over the phone or in person to discuss your birth wishes and answer any questions you have about the benefits of working with a doula during your delivery.

After our consultation, you can make an informed decision about whether or not a doula is right for you and your partner. And if it isn't right for you this time around, that's okay! There is no pressure to hire me—we will just be happy that we were able to give you peace of mind with our free consultation service.

I can help with anything from labor positions and relaxation techniques, to unexpected circumstances and emotional support.

I'll be there for you from the moment you ask me to join you in labor until about 2 hours postpartum—and beyond if needed! It's my job to make sure that you and your baby are both safe and healthy through the entire process. And I'm here for any questions or concerns that come up along the way.

The vast majority of people can't imagine giving birth without an expert by their side - That's where I come in!

I'm here to be your doula and help guide you through every step of the process.

The Standard Package is designed for families who want full doula support throughout the entire journey: prenatal, birth, and postpartum with a more budget-friendly package. You'll have access 24/7 via text, phone, or email for any questions or concerns that may arise during your pregnancy or labor—and I'll be there for you at the hospital with 100% continuous labor support from beginning to end. You'll also receive 2 hours of postpartum care immediately following birth and 3 hours of Postpartum Follow-Up Care—so if something comes up after you get home with the baby, I'll be there to help!

I know that the first few weeks with a newborn can be overwhelming.

That's why I'll be there to help you through it, with our Postpartum Support Service.

I've worked hard to create a package that will give you the confidence and support you need—no matter what unexpected things arise, or how much sleep you need! I'll come equipped with everything from guidance on healing and postpartum exercise to light housework and meal preparation.

I'll help you prepare for everything from feeding them to helping siblings bond with the new baby so you can focus on bonding with your baby and getting some much-needed rest at home.

Postpartum Support isn't just about making sure new parents are physically comfortable—it's also about ensuring their mental health as they adjust to life as parents.
